Start Here
A gentle beginning into abiding in love, presence, and inner steadiness.
You do not need to be calm, ready, or certain. You can begin right here, just as you are.
This site is a gentle place to learn how to remain present, soften into experience, and live more deeply in love. There is nothing to force and nothing to fix. Abiding begins with staying.
What This Path Is
Abiding is the simple practice of staying present with your experience in a kind and steady way. It is not about pushing anything away or trying to become a better version of yourself. It is about learning to remain with what is here, gently and honestly.
Sometimes this feels like breathing. Sometimes it feels like allowing. Sometimes it feels like resting in love or quietly being held by something deeper.
Three Simple First Steps
1. Recognize
Notice what is here. A feeling, a thought, a sensation. Simply name it softly.
“This is here.”
2. Allow
Let it be as it is, without trying to change or remove it.
“This too is allowed.”
3. Abide
Stay present. Let yourself rest in awareness, love, or simple being.
“I remain.”

If You Are Struggling
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, uncertain, or tired. You may feel disconnected or unsure of what to do next. This is not a problem that needs to be solved immediately.
You can begin by simply staying. One breath. One moment. One gentle allowing.
You do not need to get anywhere before you begin. You are already here.
A Note on Christ Abiding
For some, this path includes a relationship with Christ—a living presence of love, guidance, and inner companionship. For others, it may be experienced simply as awareness, presence, or love itself.
Both are welcome here.
